W. L. Bonner College's ideal size encourages a sense of community. Professors support their students and challenge them to excel in everything they do. Dedicated to teaching, professors have time to make sure learning occurs. The small student-teacher ratio allows for extra attention that includes professors visits to residence halls to take part in discussions and review papers.
Beyond their close relationships with professors and other university staff, students form close bonds with each other. Students are actively engaged at W. L. Boner College in many activities that support the community.
