Refund for Cancelled Courses

It is the policy of W. L. Bonner College that students, or appropriate sponsoring parties, receive a fair and equitable refund of tuition fees and other institutional charges upon complete withdrawal from the College.

First-time attendees of the College who withdraw before 60% of the first term has been completed will receive a pro rata refund of tuition fees and other institutional charges in accordance with applicable Federal rules and regulations.

The pro rata refund is calculated as follows: divide the number of weeks not completed in the term by the total weeks in the term; round this percentage down to the next 10%; and multiply this percentage (which must be 40% or higher) by the total tuition fees and other institutional charges.

All other attendees withdrawing prior to the end of a term will receive a refund of all or a portion of their tuition, fees and other institutional charges according to the following schedule:

Refund for Student-Initiated Course Change or Withdrawal

Students wishing to drop/add/withdraw from a course or from the college should obtain and complete a Drop/Add/Withdrawal form. These forms are available from the Registrar’s office.
