Women’s Ministries

 The purpose of the Women’s Ministries Certificate program is to provide students with a biblical perspective of the studies and to give a thorough understanding of the issues that confront women.

Students will:

1. mentor and counsel groups in shelters and prisons;
2. form mediation and counseling groups that consist of social workers, counselors and teachers who will provide a comprehensive service to abused women and those in crises; and
3. train women (wives of deacons, ministers, elders, bishops, pastors, etc.) who lead other women in both church- and community based organizations.
