Bishop Fred Rubin

Biography
Serves as Registrar and Instructor of Education and Pastoral Ministries at WLBC. He is an Apostle on the Board of Apostles of The Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He is also Pastor of Community Refuge in Englishtown, New Jersey, State Bishop of New Jersey (COOLJC), and Co-Founder of the Lift Him Up Conference.” Bishop Rubin earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Hawaii, and his Master of Art in Teaching from Trenton State College in Trenton, New Jersey.
