Salary Determination

The College seeks to compensate its employees with principles and guidelines presented by its accrediting bodies.  Faculty and administrator salaries are based on a combined average for Bible colleges.  Staff salaries will generally be comparable to those paid to South Carolina state employees in similar positions and availability of funds. Employees are also paid according to their duties and level of responsibility, with additional pay increments for experience, education and length of service with the College.
