Involuntary Termination

Employees may be dismissed for various reasons including,but not limited to negligence, insubordination,misconduct, and inadequate performance. Any employee who disregards reasonable instructions, violates policies as set forth within this manual, conducts himself/herself in an inappropriate manner of the job commits a criminal act or falsifies any official record of W.L. Bonner College, shall be subject to disciplinary actions, possible termination. Disciplinary actions  may range from a verbal warning, written warning probation, or suspension without pay.
