President William L. Bonner

Bishop William L. Bonner, W. L. Bonner College's president and founder, holds his doctoral degree from Church of Christ Bible Institute in New York City.  He founded  W. L. Bonner College in 1995 on a 12 acre site which also includes the Refuge Temple Church as well as  the Family Life Center and a Retirement Community Center. 

With seemingly limitless amounts of energy, Bishop Bonner also pastors Solomon's Temple Church in Detroit, Michigan, the Greater Refuge Temple in New York City, NY,  Refuge Temple Church  in Jackson, Mississippi and the Refuge Temple of Washington in Washington DC.
